  • We’ll meet online for 20-30mins, I will ask questions to find out what made you seek support, and what you hope to achieve with coaching.

    I’ll share a bit about myself, explain my coaching style, what the process looks like in terms of booking, payment terms etc. and give you a chance to ask as many questions as you need!

  • TL;DR - The call allows us to feel sure that we ‘fit together’ as Coach and Client.

    In order to get the most out of coaching, you’ll have to be open, honest, and vulnerable - so before committing your time, energy, and money to the process, it’s really important that you get a feel of what it’s like to speak with me, as well as making sure that my approach to coaching is what you’re looking for.

    I also have to ensure that you are the right client fit. My purpose in this role is for people to get the best support - if I think my skillset doesn’t quite match your needs, or we’re misaligned in some fundamental way, I will direct you to people in my network who might be able to help you better than I can!

  • Only if you want to! People who are seeking help can be vulnerable to making decisions impulsively, or before processing all of the information - particularly those who are neurodivergent.

    I’ve been there myself and know the feeling of regret too well! So I actively encourage taking the time to ensure you feel good about your decision to work with me.
